Over all quality is very good. Very fast shipping, 5 days to UK. The operator was very good to help design the stand and constantly updating me on the look. One small point, please ask for the delivery charge in advance. With the lack of flights this has pushed the shipping costs up to silly money.

I have to admit, when I first saw the condition of the outside box when they arrived, I thought for sure they would be damaged. I was wrong! That was just an outside box. It was packed in an additional box with protective foam all around it and absolutely no damage. The product looks great and will show well when I use them later this fall at a trade show.

My products are going into a specific retailor. Can you help me design to their standards?

Apache have designed displays and packaging for all the major retailers. We work with the most recent display specifications for each store so you can be confident that your display or product packaging adheres to those standards.

Display and Packaging Pricing

How much will my displays or packaging cost?

The main determiners of costs will be quantity manufactured and the graphics required. We can better serve you with accurate quantity counts and a general idea of what we will be printing. As with all manufacturing, quantity is your friend. We have multiple printing processes that all have different costs, from 5-color litho printing to simple 1-color PMS flexo printing.

What is the minimum quantity?

We don’t technically have minimums, but we do have a minimum price per production order of $2500. Custom designed displays typically need to be ordered at a minimum quantity around 200 before the upfront tooling charges can be justified.

Do you have displays or packaging in stock?

We do not inventory any displays. Each order requires a custom production setup and is manufactured to a custom order quantity.

Manufacturing

What materials are used in manufacturing the displays?

Apache Displays can handle material of Metal, Wood, Acrylic etc. If you do not have any ideas about your display, just contact us, and we can bring you some notions.

Printing

What types of printing are available in production of the displays and packaging?

Apache offer printings such as offset printing, UV printing, silk screen printing. And we can recommend the appropriate printing process based on your project needs.

What kind of artwork format do you need for printing?

Normally a PDF or AI file would be sufficient for us to process.

Packaging

Can you help design our packaging for special use?

We usually wrapped the displays with EPE foam sheet, then pack them into a standard export carton. Of course, we can process the manner of packing according to your request.

Aseembly

How can I build my displays after I get them?

Normally an individual stand assembly instruction is contained in the packaging. You can easily build your display step by setp according to the clear instructions.

If you still feel hard to assemble them, we can take a video to assist which will make the fitting easier.

How about the sample policy and delivery time?

We will issue a sample PI after the prototype render confirmed. Sample fee can be refunded once the bulk order amount is up to a certain level. Usually , a sample will take 3-10 days, the first trial oder of 100pcs production will be completed within 15-20days.

What is the payment terms?

Normally, we accept the sample cost transferred by Paypal or West Union. For the bulk production, we execute the payment term of TT 30% in advance, balance against shipping documents.
